We are not a medical practice, dispensary, or pharmacy. We connect patients with qualified OCM-certified providers and explain New York's streamlined medical marijuana certification process — from Downtown Albany and Center Square to Pine Hills, the South End, and every Albany County neighborhood.
Every provider on our platform is certified by the New York State Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) and authorized to certify patients under New York's Medical Cannabis Program through the OCM Medical Cannabis Data Management System.
All telehealth appointments are conducted on HIPAA-compliant platforms. Albany patients' health information is handled with complete confidentiality throughout the process.
Every certification follows OCM requirements. Registration is automatic upon certification — no state fee, no application, no portal for Albany patients to navigate independently.
New York's Medical Cannabis Program, administered by the Office of Cannabis Management (OCM), is the most streamlined in this network. A Albany patient books a real-time video visit with an OCM-certified provider through this platform. The provider reviews the patient's condition against New York's open qualifying standard — which covers any condition the provider deems appropriate within their clinical discretion. When the provider certifies the patient through the OCM Medical Cannabis Data Management System, the patient is automatically registered as a New York State medical cannabis patient. No state fee. No application. No portal to navigate. The certification document, which contains the patient's OCM registry ID, is available the same day. The patient presents it — paper or phone — plus a government-issued photo ID at any licensed New York State medical cannabis dispensary.
Governor Hochul signed Senate Bill 2025-S3294A on November 25, 2025, further modernizing New York's Medical Cannabis Program. The legislation streamlined the certification process, eased provider requirements to reduce participation barriers, and added out-of-state patient reciprocity — allowing registered medical cannabis patients from other states to purchase from New York State dispensaries.
